Application to Procedure: This $50 fee will be directly applied toward the total cost of your chosen surgical or non-surgical procedure.
Cancellations and Rescheduling: Because this fee is non-refundable, if you cancel your appointment, the fee will be forfeited. 3. Before and After Photos & Testimonials
